#MLB #TheHobby #NewReleases
This week we discuss all the bargaining topics in play for baseball to get it's act together and get back on the diamond. Tons of new releases for the hobby this week between Wednesday 3/9 and Friday 3/11. We talk about last weeks UFC 272 event and some other MMA discussion. Plus anything else our conversations take us to! We hope you enjoy and get on over to Twitter or YouTube and engage with the podcast! What do you think Brett's Wander will grade? What do you think it will sell for once it hit's the auction block at Goldin? We want to hear your thoughts!

We also found ourselves back into the Apple Podcasts Top 250 baseball charts this week!

We appreciate all the support!

Tonight we just sat down with our hobby news man Brett Comincioli who pulled the biggest Wander rookie card to date! You can see the pull and his raw honest spur of the moment real reaction here around the 15 minute mark - https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=yBjQE_UzbWM&t=1059s Make sure you give brett a sub to his channel as well! We talk all about that, what's going on with the lockout, Cain Velasquez, disc golf, and more! Another awesome episode and we hope you all enjoyed the show! The card is already at Goldin to be graded by PSA and will be up for auction at a later date.

Tonight we discuss issues going on with the lockout, the potential delay to the MLB season, Wandermania is still running wild with Series 1 and now his Topps Living Set card! Also the XFL, Zion Williamson, the car market, electric cars, and a few other topics. We did some running around on this episode because it was a lot more fun to have those conversations than the ones that relate to what's going on with the MLB right now. If you watched/listened to it please leave a like, comment, and subscribe to help the algorithm!
Please share this with your sports friends! This is the biggest way for us to grow, if you're having a good time listening chances are your circle of friends will too!

Tonight's episode we got to sit down with our friend and fellow sports card breaker Blake Bollinger ( @Deep Fried Breaks ) of Deep Fried Breaks. We covered a lot of hobby topics including today's new baseball release 2022 Topps Series 1 baseball. Talking about Wandermania being in full effect and even watching a blue parallel auction get bid up to over $20,000 and see the auction get cancelled all while we were recording. In other news we touched on Nat Turner having cards stolen out of his car which is just wild, Juan Soto turning down a gigantic extension, the lockout still being in effect, and potential moves to make with base card print runs soaring to new levels. Good differing opinions on quite a few of these topics and I think that's what makes this show so much fun to actual create. Hopefully all you wonderful listeners out there feel the same way!

Tonight we spent the first hour or so breaking down all 49 rookies represented in 2022 Topps Series 1 Baseball. We did it by CARD NUMBER not by team so follow along the checklist to know the order! After that around the 1:17:00 mark Brett Comincioli brings us the latest hobby news! Wrapping up the episode starting around the 1:53:00 mark our guest Jim Rosati (Derby City Breaks on FB and @northsidenotch on Twitter) breaks down the Candy Digital NFT platform, it's use in the hobby space, and what further untapped potential NFTs in general have. If you're enjoying the show please share it with your friends or leave a rating/review on the audio platforms. Over the weekend our show peaked as high as 126 on the top 250 Apple Baseball Podcasts!

Thanks for all the support!

New episodes will be recorded Tuesday or Wednesday when we can get on the mic and uploaded shortly after recording as quickly as we can get the material out!

#BBWAA #HoF #UndergroundRunaround #Shameful #MLB

Tonight we just spent time discussing all the issues we feel are wrong with the current system for the MLB Hall of Fame. It's unfortunate that this is the topic at hand when we should be celebrating David Ortiz for making it to Cooperstown. We also explain how cheating throughout human history has always existed and while we're not making excuses for those people, the BBWAA need to set their bias, politics, and opinions aside and vote for the BEST players in baseball. We give you the runaround like only we can do and make a lot of valid points but we're left with no resolution only ideas on what we think could help the enshrinement process for these all time greats. We hope you find something useful in this episode and if you want to make your voice heard please give us a shout on Twitter: @UGRunaroundPod

Thanks everyone!

#Brewers #Prospect #NickBennett #MiLB #Baseball #Podcast #UndergroundRunaround

History tonight friends! Milwaukee Brewers pitching prospect Nick Bennett sat down and joined us for a few hours to talk as much baseball as possible! We shared stories from beginning to present day along with all the challenges and opportunities that come with being in professional baseball. There won't be any time stamps for this episode as I feel the topics are relatively all the same. We do have some sports cards discussions but we spent most of the time picking Nick's brain!

I had a great time tonight as I hope you will watching or listening!
