Episode 45 is here (again!) and this week Rob, Raven and Graham run down the usual pop-culture nonsense with plenty of repeated content from the last episode!

So where do I begin with the synopsis for this episode? We recorded this two weeks ago, our mystery producer was told the recording failed and there was nothing to edit that week. Yet here we are with the files retrieved from the depths so this is the first of two episodes this week!

Rob and Raven are joined this week by the mysterious Russell as they discuss some exciting new developments for the shop alongside all the usual pop culture subjects.

The absence of both Adam and Graham means that no nationalities were harmed during this recording.

Rob makes a brief return to the shop between his various globetrotting journeys (yes, he’s off again next week!), Adam is starting preparations on a Ripley costume for Comic-Con, Graham likes a Punisher comic more than Adam, and Raven decides to insult the general public and let Adam take a week off.

Another fortnight between episodes due to one of Rob or Graham disappearing for another weekend away. Adam is literally the only reliable host.

 

This week Rob and Adam are keeping a pretty major secret from Graham, Graham sounds like a sexline worker, and Raven is getting tied up in a complex comic theft scheme.

Rob decides to only watch two trailers per movie, Adam clarifies the difference between good cr*p and cr*p cr*p, Graham has decided he’s the only member of the gang to have a real job, and Raven is even more quiet than usual!

This week Rob wants Danny Dyer as the next Doctor, Adam admits to not paying attention, Graham is looking to hire a task force to collect his weekly orders and avoid further temptations, and Raven wants to discuss the hierarchy of staff in the shop.

Rob can’t figure out what order to put his back issues in (he is also wrong), Adam picks America as this week’s geographic target of his hatred, Graham dares to challenge Rob’s comic knowledge (he is also wrong as it turns out), and Raven catches up on 6 months of comics (he also admirably holds in a fart for about 80 minutes).

This week Rob is preparing to abandon ship to go and see Phil Collins, Adam is purging X-Men 3 from existence, Raven had his dinner interrupted TWICE, and Graham is given more homework to watch.
