In the final episode of Season 3, Andy sat down with Joseph Tan, the founder of Good Monday Consulting. Joseph helps CEOs and company leaders develop their strengths, culture, and character. And at the beginning of his entrepreneurial journey, he greatly doubted his abilities. Thankfully, he had people around him who believed in him. They listened to his seeds of doubt and planted seeds of hope and potential in him. Those seeds have grown and are still alive today, and so is his company.

But the conversations where you go, "I’m on social media for 4 hours. Why am I on there for 4 hours? What could I be doing instead? Do I need to completely cut it out? Or do I just need to think about how I’m going to engage? And then put parameters around that so I don’t go past that…
