- Last Night in Soho
Edgar Wright's tale of murder and nostalgia failed at the box office despite being one of the sleekest and most impressive looking films in years. Andrew Linde of Nothing New joins Derick to take a deep dive into why this film's message missed some viewers and how it became a neon nightmare at the box office.

52 min - Flash Gordon
Based on the comic strips and subsequent film serials of the 1930s, the 1980 adaptation was seen as too weird, too cheesy, too campy, and too colorful by many at the time. Over the years, however, those same elements, along with its incredible soundtrack by Queen, have turned it from frequently mocked misfire to cult classic.
John Champion of Roddneberry Entertainment joins Derick to discuss the film, its fandom, and its long journey into the cult canon.

40 min - Ladyhawke
Perfectly combining medieval fantasy and 80s cheesiness, Richard Donner's 1985 film features tragic romance, revenge, swordfight, and of course, magic. Featuring command performances from Rutger Hauer, Michelle Pfeiffer, and Matthew Broderick the film was a box office dud, but forty years on, should it get another chance?
Sarah Jefferson Carter, writer and director of the new show Queendom Come, joins Derick to discuss this magical movie. For more info, head to underratedmoviepodcast.com

Taylor D. Adams of The Film Nuts Podcast finishes our unintentional 90s Disney trilogy with a film from the Disney Renaissance! Travis Bow of the Minute of Thieves podcast arrives to talk about this forgotten 90s film. Loosely inspired by a true story Iron Will tells the story of a dogsled race and the sheer determination to win that took the reins. While this type of film was once Disney's bread and butter, Derick and Travis ask if it has fallen by the wayside forever.
