Many individuals are promoted for their excellent project management skills. While these skills are important it is also critically important to have good people management skills. Drawing upon a 3-day management intensive training program, this workshop will provide road tested techniques and skills to enhance existing competencies. This research driven workshop will focus on emerging trends in the workplace, management and communication, and effective coaching. This workshop blends data and hands-on exercises into a highly interactive and informative session.
