Today, we're talking about grief and loss, which isn't just about death. Losing anything significant, like a wallet or a pet, can be just as painful. After my mother passed away in April 2023, I felt immense loneliness and struggled to move forward. Over time, I realized the importance of expressing my feelings and not letting grief consume me.
Grief and loss can stem from any major change or disappointment, including breakups or job loss. Everyone grieves differently, and it’s crucial to set boundaries and allow yourself time to heal.
We live in a society that values immediate gratification, which can make dealing with grief even harder. It’s important to give yourself time to heal.
