Todays show is designed to provide an understanding and define defense mechanism. When it comes to interacting with individuals in any type of relationship it is important that we have knowledge of ones defense mechanism as well as our own. Defense mechanism are behaviors that one will use to often seperate themselves from unpleasant events, actions, or thoughts. However when one uses such to protect themself it can lead others to become frustrated, unheard and often causes problems within ones relationship. Many can recognize when an individual is in denial. However what about the other defense mechanism?
