For the season finale Scarlet is joined with Katy Ewen! A reflexologist based in East London and owner of Reflex East. She originally came to reflexology as a teen to help cope with anxiety and quickly became fascinated with the complementary therapy. After navigating a career as a dancer Katy decided to train in reflexology in 2019. Since then, she has developed her practice to help women and bleeding people with their periods, fertility and through pregnancy. Katy is passionate about taking care if yourself, receiving the right treatment for physical and mental illness and making time for rest.
