Struggling with your mental health can become easier once your able to identify what triggers your response to the things surrounding your everyday. Most of the time we are unaware of the things that are triggering us, it's only when we take a deeper dive into why, who, and what makes us feel certain ways that we are we able to start identifying each trigger and learning how to use coping mechanisms to help us with those exact triggers. Have you ever watched something on tv or the news and had a reaction like being scared, angered, overwhelmed, or sad by what your viewing. Or have you ever felt a certain way after scrolling through social media? At first you might not even realize that what your consuming is triggering you until you confront those feelings and identify why they came up or why your having a reaction to them.
