To mark the end of Mental Health Awareness Month, Josh and Marty dive into a difficult topic: suicide. Josh and Marty address how suicide impacts the lives of people and professionals. They discuss the progression of suicidal ideations, symptoms of suicidal individuals, and steps to increasing safety for someone who is struggling. Hopefully this brings insight to a much avoided topic and creates awareness for those who are silently struggling.
