On this show I tend to follow my own curiosity to determine which guests to bring on the show and what topics to unpack and share with you guys...
Lately, I've been wildly fascinated with the world of TRAUMA - all the intricacies of how trauma both as a child and as an adult can drastically impact the human experience... on both a psychological and biological level.
On this episode, I'm joined by Jessica Lowe, the create of the @cptsd.hope account on Instagram, providing useful info, tools and inspiration for those affected by complex trauma.
This is largely motivated from her own experience as a child, which she touches on in this chat.
For anyone that has experienced trauma, knows someone who has, or who is simply curious about the lasting impacts that even the 'smallest' traumas can have on our body, brains and psyche - then you'll enjoy this episode.
We only scratch the surface of this deep field of conversation, however there's some gold in here and it was super interesting to hear Jess's story, perspective and thoughts on this topic.
NOTE: There are a couple of moments throughout this chat where the audio/technology falters. I do apologize. Hopefully your listening experience is not too heavily impacted, and you still get tremendous value from this chat!
