In this session, I went to visit Nathanial and Timothee who are educational farmers and owners of Creation Family Farms in Los Angeles. This is one of the only raw food, anti-cancer, regenerative farms in the city - and the two of them cultivate their crops with unique frequency and sound therapy techniques that make an impact on the quality of the plants/herbs that are being used for consumption and healing by the surrounding communities. Their mission statement is "let love grow," and in this episode, you'll begin to understand why LOVE is such an important aspect in the growing process of your food.
