Today’s Reimagined session is a SOLO episode by yours truly! I will be diving into the details around my experience transitioning into a plant-based diet. This episode is not set with the intention to convert anyone to Veganism - so do not worry! I am not a vegan extremist and I will not force you, or shame you, into doing something that does not YET make sense for you ( but yes, I am an advocate for the animals, environment, etc, and think we should all strive to integrate plants into our lives frequently and often)! You’ll likely find relatable bits of information and insight around the challenges I faced due to lack of preparation, lack of patience, not starting when I was grounded or educated, and jumping into this process overnight.
