Then Professor Emeritus of Political Science and Legal Studies at the Universities of Wisconsin-Madison Howard Schweber joins Brian Noonan about the relevancy of judges and the court judicial system in this current Trump Administration. Schweber shares a refresher on what is the judicial branch and how it works, what the Alien Enemies Act and how it’s being fought by federal judges, and if we are facing a constitutional crisis and what that means for Americans.
