On this episode of Asked and Answered by Soul, Jennifer Urezzio and Amanda Tracy, naturopathic doctor and hormone expert, talk about understanding our hormones and reconnecting our systems in an easy, graceful, and natural way. There are many simple, yet powerful, things we can do to re-balance and keep our body in alignment.
Listen in today as Jennifer and Dr. Amanda share information, tips, and tools for recognizing and working with the natural hormonal changes we experience throughout our lives. It's important to start with the basics - hydration, fiber, enough rest, and movement. If you are not doing those things consistently, it doesn't really matter what other fancy interventions you try . . . if you don't have the base set, your body isn't going to respond.
