This week we explore different diets and their impacts
Honestly who knows what we talk about
In this weeks episode we discuss what the importance of having a hobby is. Every student medical or not should have a variety of hobbies, and challenge themselves to make their first dollar on the internet.
In a continuation of last weeks topic we further explore impostor syndrome in medicine and its impacts on healthcare. As well as addressing incompetencies, and how a culture of hiding weaknesses in medicine leads to more problems and mental health issues.
In this episode we touch on the surface of being incompetent, feeling inadequate and having imposter syndrome (a recurring theme!), possible solutions and screenings for different conditions such as ADHD in medical school!
In this episode of "Undoctored Doctors", Serra has a talk with a fellow medical student Karolina Kulakowska from Poland about going to medical school in different countries, and how exams compare in all of them. We also compare our experiences of feeling inadequate in medical school and whether the system is flawed in creating this feeling in students!

Are Oral exams a better way of assessing medical students? Is having a pet in Medical school a good idea? Should doctors invest in stocks? Another episode of brainstorming and exploring ideas for future in depth discussion. The podcast is finally starting to take shape!
Join us as we document our journey to creating a podcast in medicine, we plan to document every step of the creation process! We also briefly touched on topics we'd love to discus more in depth in the future such as sexism in medicine, mental health in medical school, and the science behind meditation.
