FEATURING ERICKA TAYLOR - The Brookings Institution recently published findings about the racial wealth gap and how, while White families have a median wealth of $188,200, Black families have only $24,100. The gap between White and Black family wealth continues to increase. But, my guest Ericka Taylor writing in Yes! Magazine, says that this inequality was baked into our society from the beginning and that dismantling the racial wealth gap will require intentional and systemic efforts.
