In 2019, Tiffani had a prophetic dream that felt significant, but unclear. The words "heal the little girl," echoed loud and clear. It led her on a journey to unpack its meaning. What she learned is how to rebuild the foundation of her heart while holding space for her to express her sadness, anger, disappointments, her joys, fears and hopes.

She didn't realize how impactful a teddy bear could be until she found herself clinging to one. That teddy bear became more than just a stuffed animal--it was an anchor, and a reminder that the little girl inside her needed a lot of hugs. Going to therapy, along with having the teddy bear served as a powerful tool because it allowed her to continuously strip the power of intergenerational patterns and cycles over her life.

Over the last decade, Tiffani experienced not one, not two, but three mental and emotional breakdowns that shook her to her core, leaving her to feel lost, paranoid and overwhelmed. The ups and downs, side turns and off-roading the chartered path in search of understanding lead her to keep pursuing answers. As the saying goes, "hindsight is 20/20" and what she now sees, pale in comparison to the breakdown that she experienced.
