To Fill Up, You Must Be Empty, To Grab You Must Let Go...

An invitation to let go of what you think it is and open to what it could be when you challenge and empty your belief systems, interpretations, assumptions, blame, and resentment and grab the possibility to sense, feel, and hear the world from a new sense of wonder and curiosity to open up paradigm shifts.

You embody your most genuine self!

A mentor once asked, "What is the meaning of success for you?"

My mind immediately went to the material, status, and recognition; what society has trained us to believe is the meaning of success. Still, at that moment, I felt none of that made ME truly happy or gave me inner peace. What I felt was admiration for those that pursued material wealth. It was about the experiences, connections, and environment that brought me peace. 

And so every time that I am about to do something new, I ask myself: "Does this makes me feel at peace?" If the answer is YES! That's an easy decision to make. If the answer is No, I confidently walk away.

It is here in this space, in this environment, that brings me peace and the inspiration to create and be of service. Here is where I am the happiest. Every time I open the windows, I feel the sun peeking with gorgeous sunrises and sunsets. We cohabitate with wildlife as we are entertained and mesmerized by the groundhogs' families living by the wood logs or mini-forest we recently discovered. Or sing Aguila Aguile when I see the hawks or a majestic eagle gliding through the sky above me and the many deers that come with the season.

And so, define your meaning of success based on the emotions you want to feel at your best. It allows you to co-create a life without the need to compare. It gives you genuine joy, peace, and expansive room to evolve. 

A year ago, we were way deep into what would be the most significant leap as a family. 👨‍👩‍👧‍👧

By January 2019, there was urgency deep down in my gut that kept telling me: "Sell the house NOW"! 

When we allow the Universe to guide us, we flow powerfully. It got us out just in time from Miami! LOL

JC didn't like the idea as he prefers the familiar and staying in one place!. He keeps me grounded. I thrive in change. It excites me and allows me to take taking leaps of faith. It is our perfect balance, and it works.

But this time was different; the change would affect the entire family! 

After some convincing (lots), we placed the house for sale and headed to NJ for a couple of weeks to find the place we would call home and start anew.

We didn't know how things were going to flow. All I knew was it needed to be in perfect synchronicity. It meant moving everything in record time! My business, JC's job (we didn't know if he would be allowed to work remotely), and Catalina needed to be enrolled just in time for her first year. For that, we needed to have a new home purchased by then!

So many moving parts, one would fall after another!

The movement towards your vision starts with your trust and surrender, taking each step with certainty in the unknown, filled with question marks!

It is knowing deep within you that all is working for the good of all concerned, and you will get there just in time! And so it was! 

Jump, don't wait! There will never be going to be a perfect time! Take imperfect action the moment you wake up! That's how you create magic!

We are sincere, truthful, fair, and honest if we have integrity. And would mean we are living life with congruency.

It starts with awareness by shining light on the self. Alberto Villoldo calls this journey "fishing the Deepest Waters."  "To heal our soul and find that missing part, we must go fishing in the deepest waters of the psyche, where we haven't gone before," I call it An Inwards Journey™. "It takes courage and vulnerability, and both go hand in hand, helping us "feel" life with clarity and glue together the parts of our soul that came apart, starting by asking about our values and inner drivers.

Then ask ourselves: What energy level can I consciously choose when showing, speaking, and relating to others?

Recently I was asked what has been a defining moment for me?

After thing on long and hard to come up with one! I said nope! There isn't one single one, but many pivotal moments inspired me to change paths and reinvent myself.

In my conscious years, my pregnancy and marriage when I was 22, my divorce six years later—proving myself, the world, and my psychologist!  That I could do it on my own!  Yes, she said I was losing by getting a divorce!  Ohh, I just thought of another story LOL.

My quest to climb the corporate ladder to prove my worth! 

The journey had become about them (the world) until I realized I needed to learn how to love and accept myself. And that my friends became my passion!

To teach other women to embody their essence with self-acceptance by lovingly healing their inner-child, unchaining generational bondages.

Perfection lies in our imperfections and in the level we recognize, acknowledge, and challenge our minds. Knowing we always have room to evolve and come closer to Self. 

I love to challenge the belief systems that have been perpetuated in our society and condition and guide you to your own light and truth. 

During sessions, I would ask: 

"How do you feel?" - "I don't know," my clients would answer. 

What do you feel?  - Good! Everything is great!

"What you're thinking?" - "Nothing..."

We don't realize how disconnected we are from our hearts and soul. So much so that we live our entire lives in our minds. Seldom aligning with the rest of our physical and energy bodies.

So I invite you to challenge your thoughts when you become aware of them. Is it what I am thinking/feeling:

True? Helpful. Inspiring. Necessary or Kind? 

I invite you to explore new tools that can help you attain more inner peace!

Your peace and freedom begin when you stop ignoring your shadows and embrace them with curiosity instead.

That's how you master inner strength and evolve into a compassionate, kind, and whole human.

How can this be!? I've been doing everything "right"!

I've led a pretty healthy life.

I've never smoked, used drugs, didn't drink besides my sporadic wine, ate healthy, and never had prolonged pharma intake! How? And Why?

In the meantime, my body inflammation in November of 2021 was out of hand. My stomach up until recently looked like I was seven months pregnant. I could not breathe, often feeling defeated and hopeless.

I secretly thought I had a tumor or, worst, cancer that no one had found yet! There was no logical explanation for everything I was experiencing.

The frustration led me into a slump, and I got close to giving up and letting the degenerative diseases take their course. I could manage my emotional and spiritual being but had no idea about my physical self.

And so recently, my health paradigm shifted, challenged, and everything I believed about health, food, water, and salt, was smashed.

Genuinely a satori moment! The missing piece in the health puzzle, and it has been in front of my eyes all along!

Self-Love = Boundaries! 

On this episode I'll share about this important topic and how many of us grew up without knowing about boundaries, and so we didn't know it also meant self-love. If we cannot be our authentic selves around others, that isn't loving or self-love. Love cannot be conditioned, controlled, or manipulated. If we find ourselves visiting, calling, or being there for others out of guilt or shame, it is our fear projection of being abandoned or rejected.

It is important to honor how we feel and articulated it in a way that is clear. How others perceived our boundaries is not our responsibility.
