Cs: Podzimní vítr se proháněl nad ruinami Velkého Zimbabwe.
En: The autumn wind swept over the ruins of Velké Zimbabwe.

Cs: Jirka stál u obrovských kamenných stěn, jeho srdce bilo rychle.
En: Jirka stood by the massive stone walls, his heart racing.

Cs: Věděl, že tohle by mohla být jeho šance.
En: He knew this could be his chance.

Cs: Často si představoval svůj velký objev, který by změnil vše.
En: He often imagined his big discovery that would change everything.

Cs: Tady, mezi prastarými kameny, bylo to místo, kde mohl dát volný průchod své vášni.
En: Here, among the ancient stones, was the place where he could give free rein to his passion.

Cs: „Jiri!
En: "Jiri!"

Cs: “ zavolala Martina, jeho zkušená mentorka.

En: "Rain.

En: We need to be quick."

Cs: “Nedaleko Jirka, Pavel, zkušený vedoucí týmu, přehraboval cenné artefakty.
En: Not far away, Jirka, Pavel, the experienced team leader, was sifting through valuable artifacts.

Cs: Pavel byl ten, koho Jirka chtěl ohromit.
En: Pavel was the one Jirka wanted to impress.

Cs: Jeho slova byla jasná: „Musíme najít něco velkého, jinak ztratíme finance.
En: His words were clear: "We need to find something big, or we'll lose funding."

Cs: Když k němu oba přiklepli, zkoumali sošku se zájmem, ale obavy z blížící se bouře je nutili spěchat.
En: When they both joined him, they examined the figurine with interest, but concern about the approaching storm urged them to hurry.

Cs: „Jiri, to je úžasné,“ řekla Martina.
En: "Jiri, this is amazing," said Martina.

Cs: „Ale bouřka je na cestě.
En: "But the storm is coming."

Cs: “Těsně předtím, než začal pršet, Pavel rozhodl: „Jiri, vezmi to do bezpečí.
En: Just before it started raining, Pavel decided: "Jiri, take it to safety.

Cs: “Déšť začal bičovat zem.
En: The rain began to lash the ground.

Cs: Kapky byly těžké a hrozivé.
En: The drops were heavy and menacing.

Cs: Jirka běžel, držící sošku pevně v náručí, jako by na tom závisel celý jeho život.
En: Jirka ran, clutching the figurine tightly to his chest, as if his whole life depended on it.

Cs: Když byl konečně v bezpečí stanu, jeho srdce bilo jako zvon.
En: When he was finally safe in the tent, his heart was pounding like a bell.

Cs: Následující den se Jirka ocitl mezi kolegy, všichni obdivovali jeho objev.
