Graham Idehen is Director of Project Success at Lucid, LLC and co-founder of Colour Of Research (CORe).

Steven Lacey has over 20 years experience in research. He is the founder of 'The Outsiders', a research agency that specialises in unlocking cultural, behavioural and communications insights for clients such as Argos, Bodyform, Home Office,  Mars, This Girl Can and many more.

He is an expert in 'Hard to Reach' audiences and has run research with teenage mums, drug dealers, heroin users, families on estates, teenage gangs and more. Steven is a strong advocate for the industry providing better research with disadvantaged audiences and has written papers on ‘The changing nature of the working class,’ how to communicate diversity, and the life of families in Estates.  

Rajdeep started her MR career at Toluna as an Account Executive and worked her way up to Account Director. She worked there for 10 years before moving on to her present role as Business Development Manager at Lucid.

She has helped hundreds of MR agencies/consultancies and end clients to source sample for their target audiences and has been constantly praised for her enthusiasm, dedication, customer service, multitasking skills and attracting new clients.

Owner and Managing Director of the recently launched GuineaPig Fieldwork and Director of CORe (Colour of Research) a non-profit organisation that champions the cause of racial inclusion in the market research industry.

Katie has worked in Market Research for 17 years, having worked for a brand, at an MR Agency and most recently a panel technology company, Cint.

A British native, Katie moved to the USA in 2011 where she still lives today. Katie is now the Senior Vice President of Sales and Customer Success for the Americas at Cint.

Konrad’s worked in market research for 20 years. In 2010 he joined forces with Alex Charlton and founded Craft. This year he was the recipient of the Ginny Valentine Badge of Courage, for "the tenacity to represent the voice of minorities." You can read more here - https://lnkd.in/dpkUuup
