When Shane, National Director of Next Gen Evangelism for the North American Mission Board, and Kasi Pruitt’s family answered God’s call to international adoption, they weren’t aware of all the challenges their new infant son would be facing in life. Upon their arrival in Uganda, they quickly realized he would need extensive, lifelong medical treatments.
