A reflection on love, being fully seen, and the rare people who stay connected to the whole of who you are, not just the easier parts.
While rereading Harry Potter as an adult, I found myself noticing how deeply Harry reacted to ordinary warmth and small acts of care. From a simple birthday cake to a meal shared with friends, this reflection explores why seemingly small moments often carry the greatest emotional weight.
While rereading the Harry Potter series as an adult, I found myself noticing very different things than I did when I first read the books years ago.
What once felt like a story about magic and adventure now feels equally like a story about loneliness, belonging, friendship, emotional safety, grief, comfort, and the quiet human need to feel wanted.
This episode introduces the Harry Potter Reflections series, a collection of reflections that emerged naturally while revisiting the books at a different stage of life.
Some conversations will be shared publicly, while some slower and more layered reflections are available separately.
I’m still midway through the series, so these reflections will continue to evolve as I keep reading.
Last year, in July 2025, I created my first reflection journal.
Recently, I reread it and found myself meeting a version of me from a different season of life. Some parts still felt familiar. Other parts reminded me how much can change in just one year.
I've decided to make the journal free and share it with anyone who might find comfort, reflection, or simply a quiet page to sit with.
Inside you'll find reflection letters, gentle prompts, and information about my private reflection letters and voice note reflections.

A quiet reflection on how we adjust ourselves around people, and what that does to how we feel inside.
A reflection on feeling lost, escaping yourself, and slowly realizing that some parts of you were already there all along.
I used to think peace was somewhere else.
A different place, a different environment, a different life.
This episode is part of the premium audio reflection series: What Stopped Feeling Real (A Lived Deconstruction of Spirituality) reflects on what changed when the same place that once hurt me slowly stopped affecting me the same way anymore.
Love is not about becoming smaller just to keep the peace.
This episode is a part of the premium audio reflection series What Love Is Not, which explores how real love does not ask you to dim your voice, hide your needs, or disappear in order to be accepted.
A quiet reflection on emotional invisibility and how emotionally stable people are often the ones nobody checks on emotionally.
