3-time Canadian champion marathoner, Trevor Hofbauer, joins us on the podcast. He tells us all about his rise to being one of the top Canadian long-distance runner. While initally a basketball lover, he realised, later in his adultehood, his potential for running. So, in 2016, he decided that he wanted to make it to the Olympics. To reach that goal, he focused for 3 full years on this objective, training early in the morning and late at night, on top of his full time job, leaving his social life aside. Trevor gives us an amazing testimony of perseverance and dream quest.
