Ms Penny Castle is an Happiness Whiz, Anxiety Expert, Fortune 10 Coach, Best Selling Author and a Speaker. She is an Happiness Whiz because she knows happier persons are more effective. Ms Castle spent most of her career( either as an employee or consultant) being the person who arrives to clean up the mess when the consultants leave. She is a certified ICF Coach with a decade's worth of coaching experience working at all levels. Added to that she have two decades of corporate experience leading process, systems and HR interventions. Ms Castle wrote a memoir titled "Cultivating Happiness".

Ms Jean Jones is a Guyanese born mother of two wonderful children. She is also a Co-Author of "Women Across Borders-Soaring To Greater Heights", an administrator and also the founder of A&J Creative Designs Plus. Ms Jones has years of experience in both the public and private sectors, doing what she does best-administration. Ms Jones also does community outreach by networking with her local church family to bring hope to the less fortunate. She has written a booklet titled "The Love Of God-9 Steps" that encourages others in the love of God so that their faith can arise.

Hon. Wilfred Abrahams is the Minister of Home Affairs, Information and Public Affairs for Barbados. He is also the former Minister of Energy. He is the Member of Parliament for Christ Church East and an Attorney-at-law for over 24 years and counting. Hon. Abrahams is an avid sports person who represented Barbados in Fencing and Shooting. He is very charitable minded and spent most of his professional career representing and fighting for the rights of the most vulnerable in society. Hon. Abrahams is the husband of a beautiful wife. In his leisure time (which is very rare, because of work commitment) he enjoys going to the beach and chilling with friends. Cherie Crandon is 26 years and works for the Sonia Noel Foundations as an Executive Assistant. She is very involved in Personal Development, Gender Development and Integrity is a priority for her. Cherie is a continuing student at the University of Guyana reading for her Major in Biology. She has completed the Associates of Biology and specializing in Biotechnology.

Mr. Keon Smith is a Director at ActionINVEST Caribbean Inc. and Certified Business Coach under the ActionCOACH Guyana franchise.

He holds a Graduate Diploma in Business (Australian Institute of Business), Degree in Business Management and a Diploma in Accountancy (University of Guyana) and he is currently reading for his Master’s Degree (University of South Wales).
