• TE/WR position group is strong. 
• Young talent infusion on the D. 
• 2nd year of the McDaniels Offense.

Has the division improved?

• Chiefs lost Juju, Orlando Brown, and Frank Clark. 
• Chargers still have Brandon Staley leading the way with oft-injured WR's. 
• Broncos coach Sean Payton good without Brees? Overpaid free agents.

Change of the guard at QB

• Jimmy G well liked and respected - 70% winning percentage. 
• 4th best QB in the pocket according to Warren Sharp. 
• Carr led offense had 3rd most delay of game penalties and too many turnovers.

Adams needs to be targeted 8-10 times a game next year. The ball needs to be in our best players hands.

Pay Jacobs?
