It has been such a long time since I recorded and posted the last episode. A lot happened

Today I'm continuing the living abroad series and am talking about the last two months, that were pretty harsh put that were still managed by me. Important topics that I dealt with and how life has been pretty recently.

In today's episode I talk about how you can increase your self-esteem and develop more respect for yourself. In this day and age, it's been very hard to show up for ourselves and appreciate ourselves a little more, and that's why I started thinking about how we treat our souls, which are precious.

We, our souls deserve more love, more appreciation and we need to value ourselves. We need to stop loose ourselves to this life, to this dunya.

I left Europe for work and for so many reasons and my life basically turned upside down, which I am talking about in this episode.
