There is a certain perception of Christianity prominent in American culture today.  Many subscribe to that version of Christianity captured by the media and the loudest, public voices; but many do not.  What do you do if your Christianity is not like that of President Trump or JD Vance?  Or Pete Hegseth or Franklin Graham?  Can you still be a Christian?  Why should you be a Christian if those are the examples, and you don't agree with them?

What is Christianity actually about, and why be one?  How live as one if the public perception has coopted your faith?

These are all the questions we try addressing in this episode, to give our listeners who may be seeking, who may be struggling with their faith identity, a place to explore and to unfold their own wings.

Do we actually believe in Satan?  Does he actually make us do stuff?  Can he possess us?  Why did create the devil if he were going to be evil?

What is it like being a Christian immigrant in this country that claims to be Christian?  Or just as an immigrant?  What might it be like being a Christian in a predominantly non-Christian country?

With such a focus on immigration and deportation lately, it's appropriate to explore these questions, since many that we are targeting for deportation are themselves Christian.  How should we behave when we stop to consider that fact?  Does it matter?

As always, the podcast is created by young adults for young adults--or at least those willing or needing to seek new ways of thinking and being faithful so that we might unfold our own wings.
