Meet a great friend and peer of mine...Steve Kraus. It was an honor for me to have him come on the show and speak so humbly and authentically towards his own personal story.
Steve has battled through cancer multiple times in his life as well as many other near death experiences. This has caused him to really reflect and appreciate life to its fullest.
This has also caused him to fully examine his life and all aspects of it so that he can live a life well lived and with purposeful intent.
In this episode we'll hear from Steve and his belief on life. That we are not simply physical beings having a "physical" experience, but rather we are "spiritual beings" having a temporary physical experience.
We get into topics such as:
- the mindset Steve has taken to put his cancer into remission
- his "contract" with God
- how his mother impacted him with her special abilities and how that made him question more of life
- how he's seen his life flash before his eyes in a "life review."
- the fact that he's no longer allowing "cancer to define him" and the mindset to never let it define him again.

How can we get into the modality of not only waking up and seeing just our life in front of us? You may read this and say, "well isn't that exactly what we're supposed to do?"
Not when you begin to see things differently. There is so much more than meets the eye when we begin to "awaken" to the truth of life.

We don't all need to connect with God (or what we call God) in one specific way.
In this episode, we meet and speak with Margaret Agard, and award winning author of the book "In His Footsteps," where she tells about her communication with God, and how she gave up her "to do list" to him in order for her life to take on new meaning.
This "communication" with God is possible. Get out of the indoctrinated perspective of what the word "God" is and into the understanding that there is a power and energy source out there that can help guide us in our lives.
There is a way to tap into the communication and begin to receive guidance for what you should be doing in order to bring your life and the loved ones around you more into balance and harmony.

"Every person should be quick to hear, slow to speak, slow to anger."
- James 1:19
We are not programmed to be biological robots. We control our attitudes and emotions. It isn't always easy, but there is much to gain from this awareness.
"[There is] a time to weep, and a time to laugh; a time to mourn, and a time to dance."
- Ecclesiastes 3:4
Suppressing emotions can negatively affect your health and hurt those around you that you interact with.
