"Give and ye shall receive." What does that actually mean? Does the practice of giving really yield us benefit in life?
When we practice "healthy giving" and service of others, our brains release endorphins that actually feed the cells of our body. This process keeps us in a better state of mind and has lasting physical benefits as well. We may even slow or reverse the aging process through this mindful practice.
Science backed evidence proves that when we give for others "telomeres," the end caps of our DNA that dictate how fast our cells break down, stay in tact longer. This prolongs our lives and helps keep us younger longer.
It takes the proper mindset - we can't give with expectations of getting back nor should we allow ourselves to be taken advantage of.
Learn more about the power of "giving" and how it enhances our life.

Dealing with heartache and pain in life is not easy, but is a necessary aspect of life. All of us deal with it differently, but why not become our best selves through the challenges we are forced to face.
In this episode, I talk through an authentic life situation that I experienced concerning the finality of death. We will discuss:
- Embracing the heartache
- Why we need to lean in rather than fold away
- How to grow and rise above the pain
- How being present in pain build and defines our character
The loss of anything we love is never going to be easy, but by learning to stay present and absorb it for what it is, we can become better people in life.
Don't allow loss to define the final memories you have, rather use it as a springboard for better enjoyment of life's special moments.

While ego serves a purpose, it is often more detrimental than beneficial in life. In this episode we will cover what the ego is and discover how to transcend beyond it so that we can escape the entrapment it places over us.
We will walk through 8 steps of identifying and overcoming ego:

- seeing past "lack" and "want"
- stopping self-sabotage
- gaining emotional mastery
- taking pause before responding to life

Discover that we are not our thoughts, mind, or ego. Also discussed are some learnings from ego master and teacher Eckhart Tolle and his best selling book "The Power of Now."

What does the word "sovereignty" really mean? How does sovereignty relate to an individual and their mindset? In this episode we analyze the details behind the power of choice and being able to choose for oneself versus allowing the opinions and popular beliefs of others to influence us.
We also discuss some more recent controversial aspects of "sovereign citizens" and the difference between that concept and "individual sovereignty."
The greatest freedom of all in life is the "freedom of choice." For better or worse - it is what separates us from the animal kingdom. No matter what is going on in the world - we have our own power of thought and "individual sovereignty" that enables us to decide how we respond. Discovering this and deeply knowing it can be empowering in our lives.

Join me with speaker, coach, writer, and podcaster Bee Evans as we discuss the labels that we've had placed on ourselves from society, our upbringing, and even the labels we give ourselves.
Bee tells her story of how she broke through her own labels in her profession from the oil and gas industry to becoming a professional cheerleader for the Phoenix Suns. Not only has she effectively relabeled herself professionally, but also in her personal life with the many challenges of becoming a single mother to then deciding to remarry.
On this episode we discuss limiting labels and life beliefs, mentorship, core values, and many other self-empowering perspectives. We also discuss how to identify with labels you want to keep, but those that hold us back and need ripped out.

In this episode we discuss Excitotoxins - NutraSweet, MSG, and other artificial food additives. What are the real impacts on the mind? How do these impacts affect the body?
In the constant search for better and healthier food, it becomes necessary to understand how the FDA responds and approves food additives to market. Battles are waged in this space as companies aim to "prove their case," with a lot of money and profit on the line. Often it comes down to whom can be the most convincing.
Mothers expecting children or planning to have children need to be mindful of Excitotoxins. Really we all need to be aware. With ever-concerning rises in Autism and other learning disabilities in our children, we owe it to ourselves to probe deeper in what we consume and put in our bodies and the lasting impact.
