Oops looks like it has been a while since I last posted a podcast! Well, that is going to change. After having my son and taking some Mamma me time, I ready to dive back into the podcasting world. This is my welcome back to the podcasting world episode.

In this short episode, I just go over my Health and Mental checks that my husband and I do to keep ourselves in check, especially during a pandemic! Let me know what you think, and what are some things YOU do to get through all this craziness in the world.
