“This is never going to work”

“Why is it so slow?”
“Weight loss is just harder for me”
“I’ve failed so many times before, this will probably be the same”

Indulging in thoughts like these is the fastest way to convince yourself it's a good idea to quit the plan! In this episode I discuss the problem with these thoughts, and how you can improve them for better (and lasting) weight loss results.
