A meditation I created to give yourself the love you never received from ur parents. To learn how to connect to your heart and self. Find some peace and love inside of your heart. Let ur soul rest in this deep embrace.

I included some buddhistic practices of sending love to other people and a calming exercise to release anxiety. The tapping exercise is something my therapist told me that really helps to calm the nervous system by activating both sides of ur brain.

I hope this meditation will help you to create more mindfulness and safety for yourself.

1. What means selflove to me?

2. Where in my body can I feel it?

3. What do I love about myself? (Mention little details like ur eye color or something you do)
