This week was a dream come true episode. Kathryn Hansen is the author or the book that literally saved my life from binge eating with her work and book, Brain Over Binge. 

Brain over Binge offers a simple, alternative approach to stop bulimia and binge eating disorder, without the confusion of mainstream therapy. In this episode we discuss methods to implement when you feel a binge coming on, how to react post binge and how to manage sham & guilt around binge eating.

This week I was blessed to have a man I have wanted to bring onto the podcast for some time as his words and his energy and unmatched. 

By the age of 13, Diogo’s life took a dramatic turn, he was forced to leave his home in Brazil after standing against the strict religious rules of his family. With nothing but determination, he journeyed across different countries before eventually landing in Australia, a place he had never even visited before.
