For over 30 years, Washington State Patrol detectives have been working to identify the remains of a female passenger who died tragically in a vehicle collision in May of 1991. With few clues as to who this woman is, investigators have been reaching out on social media to find answers, hoping someone might know who she is.
Helen Doe was likely in her 20s, between 5’1 and 5’4 tall, and had a slight gap between her lower middle teeth. Witnesses also stated she was slender, between 110-130 pounds, and had high cheekbones. An autopsy indicated that she had severe scoliosis and may have had a slight limp when she walked. DNA, dental records, and X-rays are available.
If you think you may know who she is, please contact Detective Stacy Moate at [email protected] or 425-401-7745.
