He has started numerous organizations, movements, and projects to help build awareness for health and well-being for all life on earth.

Eric has spent the past two decades fearlessly embarking on dozens of adventures around the world—including participating in all-night shamanic journeys deep in the Amazonian jungle, martial arts training under the iron fist of a Vietnamese Grand Master, surfing and cliff-jumping with local kids in Fijian paradise, chanting with 2,000 monks in the Himalayas, participating in Native American spirit ceremonies, shearing sheep in New Zealand, sky-diving in Mexico, deep-water diving in the Galapagos, fasting in the desert for 43 days, partying for a week in South Beach Miami with no sleep, and diving into a frozen lake to save a puppy. In 2017, Eric started working with the Shipibo Tribe from Amazon in Peru and is working on a Master Plant Dieta Apprenticeship. Eric’s desire for exploration and unmatched fearlessness has led him to many near-death experiences, and his unconquerable spirit and massive heart have shown that in any life experience, there is always the choice to respond with love instead of fear.

Eric has trained in natural foods, nutrition, and alternative and holistic health for decades. Through his work of healing health issues and degenerative diseases, as well as experimenting with his own health, he deeply understands how to apply the healing power of pure, whole, natural foods. Through Eric’s decades of training with masters, healers, and spiritual self-exploration & remembering who he is, he has developed an ability to help people. Please help them find inner peace, clear stuck emotions, and fears, and ultimately, find their authentic power. Eric has worked as a life, health, nutrition, and wellness facilitator, a spiritual guide, and an addiction rehabilitation facilitator for over a decade. Quentin Ravenel is a talented drummer who can play as if he has six arms. He is also a singer who can effortlessly switch from a soulful falsetto to a gospel shout while precisely striking his drums, cymbals, and programmed pads. Ravenel is the leader and focal point of his group, Quentin Ravenel & Friends.

Ravenel comes from a family of musicians and singers. His mother, Helen Freeman, is a well-known singer in the Lowcountry, and his brother, Stephen Freeman, tours as a keyboardist for Mary J. Blige. Regarding his singing, Ravenel considers his mom his most significant influence. He is also inspired by more prominent names such as Anderson Paak, whom he admires for his ability to sing, rap, and play drums. Ravenel drums for another award-winning band, Ben Fagan & the Holy City Hooligans. He is influenced by Ben Fagan and Chris Brown as well.

Ravenel learned to play the drums before he learned to sing. He cites many percussionists who motivated him to play in his youth, including Eric Moore, Buddy Rich, Dennis Chambers, Mitch Mitchell, and Nate Smith.

Playing the drums and singing simultaneously is not easy, and Ravenel acknowledges that it has taken years of practice to master both skills. His most significant challenges are choosing the right songs he can execute gracefully as he plays the drums and remembering lyrics.

As a young girl, I always had an innate ability to pick up on the emotions of those around me and notice details that others would often overlook. I have always been an empath, and I could feel the energies and emotions of others. I feared the dark because I sensed that I was being watched and not alone. In 2012, I had my first psychic reading, which opened the door to the world of metaphysics for me. The door was always there, but I had closed it long ago because I didn't understand the messages I was receiving (feelings, pictures, thoughts, and smells). After training and studying many metaphysical subjects, I realized that the information I received was valid and not random. I aim to assist individuals who have tried various methods to heal and are willing to explore effective means of healing and approaches that will heal their souls, remove obstacles, and enable them to move forward joyfully and authentically.
