The boys are back at it! This week, Shifty, Lil Bear, Anthony, Jason, and Brian kick things off with some good ol' blue-collar nostalgia, swapping stories about growing up and using the oven to heat the house. Because apparently, central heating was just opening the oven door and hoping for the best. 💀
Then HR gets involved with a brand-new complaint form… so you already know that's going to go well. 😂 The guys also get into the Union's upcoming plans for a fitness center at the union hall, revisit the never-ending Amendment 6 discussion, and share memories of their apprenticeships and growing up in the trades.
Five dudes, plenty of bullshit, a little union business, and some stories that probably explain a lot about how these guys turned out.
🎧 Tune in, laugh along, and remember: if you've got a complaint, HR apparently has a form for that now.
Union Made & Uncensored — blue-collar talk with no filter.
the boys are back at it again, talking the usual bullshit! From Amendment 6 updates (because they're not letting that one go until November 3rd 👀) to Halloween memories, future plans, and the age-old question of whether scaring kids is hilarious or just plain evil. 💀🎃
Then it's time for the game, and this week Brian takes the L and gets a little… butthurt. 😂 You already know how that goes.
But before the boys wrap things up, they get serious about something that matters: SHOW UP TO YOUR UNION MEETINGS! Your union is only as strong as the members who participate. If you want a say in what happens, you have to show up, speak up, and make your voice heard. 💪🏼🧱
A little bullshit, a little Halloween chaos, and a reminder that your voice matters. Don't just be a member on paper — BE INVOLVED.
🎧 Tune in to Episode 47 of Union Made & Uncensored!
Brian, Shifty, Anthony, and Lil Bear are back around the table talking about Amendment 6 (and yes, they'll probably keep talking about it until November 3rd), union vs. non-union benefits, health insurance, pensions, and all the other stuff that comes with being in the trades.
They also throw down on some trivia, and somehow Lil Bear ends up taking the L. Again. 🤣
Then the guys read some of the TikTok comments from our posts and do what they do best—argue, laugh, talk shit, and probably get completely off topic.
No big guests. No complicated agenda. Just four tradesmen bullshitting about union life, benefits, politics, and whatever the hell comes up.
Grab a drink and hang out with the boys. 🍻

EP 45 is our longest episode yet—and we had plenty to talk about.
Doug Beck, Missouri Senator, joins us along with Gary Payeur, Business Manager from the Insulators for one hell of a conversation about Amendment 6, who to trust in Missouri, the future of our state, and the candidates coming down the road.
Then Jason takes a beating in trivia and pays the price with some Reaper sauce. Somehow, he handles it like a damn professional.
We wrap things up the only way we know how—with deer season talk.
Big guests, big conversations, bad trivia decisions, and one hell of a hot sauce punishment. You don't want to miss this one!

The crew is down three this week with Anthony, Shifty, and Twiggs out—but the bullshit carries on. Brian takes his punishment and ends up with the Mega Sour Zombie Bomb, while Anthony calls in and somehow steals the show during trivia.
The guys dive into Missouri's upcoming Amendment 6, talk about how local labor clubs support their communities, and wrap things up with deer season—because apparently 100° weather isn't enough to keep these guys out of the woods.
Short crew. Sour punishment. Big opinions. Same unfiltered bullshit.
No guests. No Shifty. Just the dudes doing what they do best.
The guys get into the upcoming Missouri election and Amendment 6, then shift gears for a more serious conversation about mental health and suicide awareness. They talk about the Member Assistance Program available through the Bricklayers, the importance of actually reaching out when you're struggling, and the 988 Suicide & Crisis Lifeline.
Then, naturally, they completely derail things with trivia from the '80s, '90s, and 2000s. Because nothing says emotional maturity like grown tradesmen arguing over decades-old trivia.
They wrap things up with some good old-fashioned deer talk, and Anthony becomes the unwilling star of the episode after the guys start keeping a "f*ck" counter because apparently that word was doing a LOT of heavy lifting.
Mental health, Missouri politics, nostalgia, deer, trivia, and an unreasonable number of F-bombs.
Just another day at Union Made & Uncensored. 🍻🧱
If you or someone you know is struggling or in crisis, call or text 988 to reach the Suicide & Crisis Lifeline.
What better way to celebrate Labor Day than with two guys who know exactly what it means to be union?
This week, we're joined by Gary Payeur, Business Manager of Local 1 Insulators of St. Louis, and David Knipp — better known online as the Proud Union Guy. David has built a huge social media following by talking about the trades, union careers, benefits, wages, and what life on the union side of the industry is really like.
We get into the stories behind the work, what makes the benefits worth fighting for, recruiting the next generation of skilled tradespeople, wages, the future of the industry, and plenty of opinions along the way. And because apparently we can't have a serious conversation without turning it into a competition… we also put everyone to the test with some Labor Day Trivia.
Two Insulators. Two perspectives. A whole lot of stories, laughs, and union talk.
Happy Labor Day from the podcast!
This week, the guys talk about the great loss of Dolly, dive into their mentorship program and how they're helping new hires adjust to the trade, find their footing, and know they've got someone in their corner.
They also get into tariffs, continuing education in the bricklaying industry, and what it takes to keep learning and improving in a trade that's been around for generations.
And then… things take a turn.
The guys break out a perverted riddle game, proving that you can give a group of 40–50-year-old men years of life experience, careers, responsibilities, and wisdom—and they'll STILL act like a bunch of teenage boys when somebody says something that sounds dirty.
Listen. Laugh. Learn something. Email us!!
They took a week off, came back, and immediately decided to turn the podcast into a Titanic audition.
Terry kicks things off with his absolutely unnecessary impersonation of Rose, followed by Anthony giving us his best Jack. It's something. We're not saying it's good, but it's definitely something.
Then things get a little more serious as the guys talk about what would happen if unions disappeared, why unions have gotten such a bad reputation, and why some people just flat-out don't like them. They also talk about how unions can keep up with a changing workforce and changing times after being around for generations.
Of course, no episode would be complete without their game, plenty of laughs, and enough insults to keep everybody humble.

Last week's episode never saw the light of day... because Terry accidentally stopped the recording 7 minutes in and nobody realized for over an hour. 🤦♂️
To make up for it, Terry took over trivia this week... and somehow made things even worse. Get ready for the most painful Missouri trivia you've ever heard. State birds, flowers, desserts, horses, random facts—you name it. The guys were less than thrilled.
Grab a drink, laugh with us or at us, and let us know how many Missouri trivia questions you actually knew.
