Carey had been a very extroverted child but she became more introspective as she got older. She grew up in Colorado and followed her husband to Oklahoma. After they got marriedthey moved back to Colorado where they raised their family. Carey was not interested in following the 9-5 job structure. One day, while in a time of quiet she sat down and wrote what she wanted to see in her life. How she wanted to be as a mother, a wifeand an entrepreneur. She still has those lists to this day and she shows during her talks. She lost her husband in 2014 to suicide and a few years later she lost her son in the same way. She feels very blessed that God had her make the list she did all those years ago, because if she didn’t have a strong “why” that anchored her, she would gone a much different way after their deaths. In 2018, Carey co-authored a book with her daughter, Laurel. They both speak about overcoming adversity and they work together to get this out to others. Now she works with young adults to fine their passions and move forward in their lives and their careers. Many of the people she works with suffer from depression. Her programs have made a major impact in these young people’s lives.

Rene grew up in Birmingham, Alabama and moved to Ohio when she was 10. She learned early on to move quickly. She found a passion for journalism her senior year in high school.
She met her husband in college and soon after they got married and started a family. Rene’s husband was a part of a marketing business in the aviation industry. They ended up moving their family to Georgetown, Texas. In 2008, Rene and her husband started their own aviation brokerage company.
In college she thought she thought she would become a journalist but she never thought she would be where she is today. She is able to tell success stories to people every day and have had many opportunities to connect with many prestigious people through her career. She talks about what it’s like to be a woman in the aviation industry and shares her story of strength and courage to be a leader.
Rene had many supportive people who helped her to achieve the confidence to hold the title of CEO of her and her husband’s aviation company. She had been through many uphill battles and tough times, but with those behind her, she was able to ace it. She believes that it’s important to be authentic and be brave, but she is not willing to pretend she hasn’t had difficulties to get there.
Being comfortable in your own skin is more impressive than pretending to be someone you’re not.

After graduating she went into the service. She thought she would be working with planes with the Air Force. But she actually was sent to an office building where regular civilians worked. She realized that her job was to work more closely with corporate workers. She never worked on theflight line. Even though she never worked in the place that she thought, she became very familiar with the planes, weapons and all their parts. She learned there is a business side to the military. In 2015 Charlynda started thinking about her grandfather’s Muttssauce. She asked her mother and she said her grandfather had left an envelope. She found the original recipe for his sauce. She was confused on why he choose her and what to do with it. She looked into finding a mentor and he told her that she should take the recipe and make a food product. She wasn’t what to do, but she made the decision to do it. She pushed herself and it took her about 5 months to get the first product. This is where the Muttssauce was born.

Ryan grew up in England in a broken home, which led to him striving for attention from others. He grew up with a feeling a responsibility to take care of his mom throughout his young life. He had quite a bit of abandonment during his early teen years. However, he found the love of his life at 15. Things soon became very stable with his relationship and career, but in 2019 things changed. He didn’t feel supported at work and struggled with fitting in with that community. His relationship with his wife was on rocky waters and he also had a health scare. Needless to say, 2019 was a turning point for Ryan. He finally made a choice to make a change. He created his own community that shows love and support for others.“Passion is for us because it feels good. But it turns to purpose when we use our passion to help others.” -Ryan Hartley. Ryan felt he had more to give and began looking into becoming a coach. He started with what he had, a phone, a headset, and Facebook Live. He didn’t allow the “lack” of proper equipment to be a barrier. In 2020, he started a journey of faith. He wasn’t sure if leaving the police was the right path, but he had faith in God and listened to what was put in his heart to do. Which was to help others. He learned to live in love and lead in love.

Rick Austin is a solider, entrepreneur, husband, father and a man of God. His story is a perfect example of perseverance and hard work. Through his school career, he went to manydifferent locations. After graduation, he worked many jobs to help supply an income to help his mother, while living with her. Again he went through a tough time. During this trying time there was an opportunity for Rick to sell narcotics, however, he made the choice to work hard and make money other ways -recruiting with the Army. This decision was the best he could have made during that time. He was involved in the medical and nursing scene within the military. He has always had a heart for people. He went to many places, Korea, Africa, Afghanistan and Iraq. He continued to stay within the medical genre during this time.During his time in Korea, he met the woman that would be his wife of 30 years. They kept a long distance relationship through letters. When he went to West Point, lots of great things came from that opportunity. One of the major things was his relationship with Jesus began. He didn’t grow up in the church or having a relationship with Christ, but someone took the time to share Jesus with Rick.
