BLAME CAN EAT UP OUR PEACE AND JUSTIFY OUR LOWEST BEHAVIOR WHICH INCLUDES JUDGING OTHERS BECAUSE THEY DID US WRONG. EVEN IF THAT IS TRUE WE HAVE NO POWER OVER OTHER PEOPLE, ONLY OVER OURSELVES---SO FRETTING IS A WASTED EMOTION. INSTEAD WE NEED TO CONTROL OUR ACTIONS TO REACH FOR OUR HIGHEST SELVES, RATHER THAN LANGUISHING IN WHAT IS DONE.

SO HOW DO WE LET GO? LET'S TALK ABOUT LETTING GO OF BLAME AND EMBRACING NOW, ACCEPTING RESPONSIBILITY FOR OUR ROLE AND LETTING GO OF JUSTIFYING THE FEELING OF BEING WRONGED. LETS TURN OFF THE NEGATIVE TAPES---THE SOMEBODY DONE ME WRONG SONGS.
