It’s one of the questions we hear again and again from visitors to the Raven Beach Shack and people who follow Raven 425 Rise Above online. What’s next for Raven 425, the Raven compound, the North Shuswap community and the growing online Raven 425 family?

In this episode of United by Stoke, the Raven 425 Rise Above podcast, we go behind the scenes and talk about three areas of growth we’re exploring for the future.

First is health and wellness. We want to continue expanding the health-focused side of Raven 425 through Contrast by Raven and explore ways to bring more practitioners and wellness experiences to the North Shuswap, with a vision of helping make the area a destination for healing, connection and whole-person wellness.

Second is our online community. We want to create more entertaining, educational and story-driven Raven 425 content that gives people a deeper connection to the brand, even when they aren’t physically at the Raven Beach Shack. That includes our vision for a cartoon-style Raven Ryda show, as well as more behind-the-scenes Raven 425 Rise Above content created with a team following the journey and documenting what happens behind the brand.

Third is online live selling. We’re exploring the idea of creating a small studio that would allow Raven 425 to bring products, stories and community directly to people online through live shopping and interactive content.

None of this is presented as a finished roadmap. These are ideas, opportunities and directions we’re exploring as Raven 425 Rise Above continues to grow.

The bigger question behind all three is simple:

How do we take what we’ve built at the Raven Beach Shack and the Raven compound and create more ways for people to be part of the Raven 425 community?

That’s what “So Now What?” is really about.

What exactly is a Raven Froth?

In this episode of United by Stoke, the Raven 425 Rise Above podcast, we take a deeper look behind the brand and the story of one of the most recognizable drinks to come out of the Raven Beach Shack in Scotch Creek, British Columbia: the Raven Froth.

First, we catch up on what has been happening around the Raven Beach Shack since our last episode, including the day-to-day happenings, community, business and life behind Raven 425 Rise Above. We also continue introducing the new direction for United by Stoke: going deeper into the brand, the people, the ideas, the experiences and the mission behind Raven 425 Rise Above.

Then we get into the story of the Raven Froth.

The Raven Froth wasn’t created because Raven 425 had unlimited resources or a massive startup budget. Quite the opposite. When you’re building a small business from the ground up, you sometimes have to get creative. A $20,000+ espresso machine wasn’t realistic for a young startup, but that didn’t mean we couldn’t create something special.

Instead of letting what we didn’t have stop us, we looked at what we did have: creativity, curiosity, a love of coffee, and a desire to bring people together at the Raven Beach Shack.

That’s where the Raven Froth came from.

In this episode, we talk about how the drink was created, the thinking behind it, what makes it different, and how a simple idea became part of the Raven 425 experience. More importantly, the Raven Froth represents something bigger about the brand: you don’t always need the biggest budget, the fanciest equipment or the perfect circumstances to create something people connect with.

Sometimes you just need an idea, a little creativity, and the willingness to try.

The Raven Beach Shack in Scotch Creek has always been about more than coffee. It’s a place where people come together, conversations happen, friendships grow and the community becomes part of the experience. The Raven Froth is one small example of how that philosophy shows up in everyday life at Raven 425.

Raven 425 Rise Above is a North Shuswap-rooted lifestyle, movement and community brand built around connection, health, resilience, creativity and stronger humans. The Growth Factor Raven 425 Style

The Growth Factor Raven 425 Style, this episode is all about the 'where you came from to where you are going' moments and how as business people and entrepreneurs we need to silence out all the negative happening in the world at the moment and concentrate on what it is we are here to do, focus on your/our mission and that is it.

I fully believe that knowledge is power so I do not think it is wise to ignore everything going on, however I think there is a place in between fear and overconsumption and this place is called "our present moment" and currently here in the SHU the sun is out and we are all vibin, we are creating the mood and movement.

As a community we been through it, we hit some major lows but we are all still here, still standing, and still moving forward, so as with business and mindset we all need to do the same thing!

Move forward with integrity, passion, focus and positivity as we will be the beacon of light for those who can not see it!!

My favourite memory of the summer of 2024 season

My favourite memory of the summer of 2024 season, this was the latest question asked to us at the Raven 425 Rise Above aka United by Stoke podcast.

Let me tell you this one made me think, and as I took my time remembering all the ups the downs, the good the bad, the sad the happy, the amazing people who stopped by and all the new friends and family we made that season...well it brought massive smiles to my face, so thank you very much for this question.

It brought up so many situations and memories, but one in particular stood out that I think is the foundation of what the Raven 425 Rise Above mentality and movement is all about.

That mentality is has no age, no judgement, no hate and a whole lot of love...

I thank you all for the love, the support and making this movement a reality!

A question about a new tag line that has been very close to my heart, which I was pretty happy that someone asked about and noticed.

It's a fact that the core crew that supports this brand and movement are much more than just people who stop in for a quick cuppa.

The truth is that The Raven 425 Rise Above is actually a hang out spot where people come to meet link minded people and talk, rarely do I ever see people on phones or computers, unless they are actually working.

There is something a lot of us call the Raven 425 time warp, because you come in for a quick coffee pick up but don' t end up leaving the Shack for like 2 plus hours...that is what we are talking about!

Such an epic community, movement, thing or whatever that we have all built together, I personally am forever thankful for all the family I have met and will continue to meet at the Shack.

I hope to see you all one day and have a dope ass conversation that we can laugh about years down the road!

Balance, Rest and the Hustle Raven 425 style

In this episode I speak about "the balance", which to be honest I was very out of balance from the grind of running a new brand/company for the first 4 years to get it off the ground.

I would not change a thing because all the ups and downs can teach us if we are there to see what we are trying to be taught!

In the current unique times we are in, myself personally as an entrepreneur and business /brand owner I think there are many things that we will all need to keep our vision on point, but 2 of the main values I feel that will help us all out is the "balance" the right amount of rest/fun and the right amount of hustle/hard work.

There has never been a time like this to be in business and this brings massive opportunities and struggles, so no matter what there will be the ups and the downs...its just all about how we react to them and how prepared we actually are for those events .

So to all my amazing peeps I wish us all the best and lets make this happen! Our time is now!

Only at The Beach Shack, in this episode we talk about what it is to be at the Shack what our place has turned into and the why behind our all inclusive vibes.

It was not planned but what happened to this spot is kinda magical as the community took the place and ran with it. On the daily we see old /young, new comers and old faithfuls come together, just chill chat and leave as new family.

Rarely do we see people on their phones, as almost all the time its human to human chatting or families all playing together on the lot...so cool and we love it!

Its an experience and we love that the space is all about and for those who want to come hang....and leave apart of the Raven 425 Rise Above Family!
