United Center For Awakening episodes
- Dope Experience, Strength and Hope!
Hello World and welcome to Our Podcast! @RevolutionaryAddictdotes
We are Blu and Angie! Two warrior women of color thriving in Los Angeles, California.
In this introductory episode we share a little bit of our journey into recovery, personal and ancestral trauma. How we overcome the obstacles of life and thrive. We share ancient and sacred wisdom. Were diving into BIPOC history of addiction and powerful tools to heal.
Were so excited to share this much needed truth about mental health and how we reached our bottoms to become willing enough to do the emotional work.
On the heels of George Floyds brutal murder, we feel the extraordinary need to give representation to Our BIPOC Community.

Awaken. Remember. Heal. Embody. Unite.
Welcome to the United Center for Awakening — the first home of a growing spiritual ministry, healing community, creative movement, and living body of teachings created by Blu Nyle.
The United Center for Awakening is a sacred space for people who are ready to come home to themselves, reconnect with the Divine, heal what has shaped them, reclaim their inherent worth, and awaken to the life they were created to live.
This is not a place where we come to perform enlightenment.
We come to tell the truth.
We come to heal.
We come to remember.
We come to become embodied.
We come to awaken together.
At the heart of the United Center for Awakening is The 13 Steps of Energetic Sovereignty™, Blu Nyle’s signature framework for integrating spiritual awakening, recovery, trauma healing, nervous-system regulation, embodiment, emotional transformation, energy work, self-leadership, and Divine connection.
The 13 Steps guide us from survival into sovereignty — from disconnection into belonging, from fear into trust, from fragmentation into wholeness, and from giving our power away into becoming conscious stewards of the life, body, gifts, relationships, and purpose we have been entrusted with.
THE WORK
Through the United Center for Awakening, Blu Nyle brings together her many creations and practices:
The 13 Steps of Energetic Sovereignty™
A transformational pathway for embodied healing, recovery, spiritual integration, nervous-system awareness, and conscious self-leadership.
Rooted In Power Healing
A healing and recovery ecosystem integrating somatic practices, Reiki, breathwork, mindfulness, energy healing, spiritual practice, emotional alchemy, and creative expression.
Spiritual Ministry & Ceremony
Sacred gatherings, prayer, meditation, initiation, healing ceremonies, rites of passage, spiritual teaching, and practices that honor the Divine within and beyond us.
Somatic & Nervous-System Healing
Practices that bring awakening out of the mind and into the body through breath, movement, grounding, awareness, embodiment, and compassionate witnessing.
Recovery & Transformation
A holistic approach to recovery that recognizes sobriety and healing as more than abstinence — but as the restoration of connection, dignity, purpose, belonging, emotional freedom, and wholeness.
Reiki & Energy Medicine
Teachings, trainings, initiations, healing sessions, sound experiences, and energetic practices designed to cultivate awareness, balance, compassion, and conscious connection.
Yoga, Breathwork & Embodiment
Movement and breath as pathways for coming home to the body, regulating the nervous system, releasing what no longer serves us, and creating space for deeper presence.
Creative & Sacred Arts
Music, spoken word, performance, storytelling, visual art, movement, ceremony, and sonic experiences as vehicles for healing, truth, awakening, and remembrance.
Blu Nyle — Music & Art
The sonic and artistic expression of the movement — revolutionary soul, spiritual hip-hop, sacred sound, storytelling, poetry, and music created to awaken consciousness and give language to what lives within us.
