Welcome to IAAPs 6th  United in Accessibility podcast episode “How do you lip read a robot” where we delve into the impacts and concerns of AI on employment seekers with disabilities.
 Susan Scott-Parker, Julia Stoyanovich, Inmaculada Placencia Porrero, and Nigel Guelome, discuss the use of AI systems for recruitment, the need for fair and responsible treatment of people with disabilities in the HR Tech and AI agenda, and what can be expected from regulators. They emphasize the urgent need to consider the needs of over 1.3 billion people living with disabilities in the design of AI-powered HR tools to ensure fair access to job opportunities.
