Mr. Clarke, was also Chairman of the Music Academic Board of Studies for the Teachers Colleges of Jamaica and is an active curriculum developer in the area of music education and serves as a consultant with the Organization for Strategic Development in Jamaica (OSDJ)."

Rev. Dr. Gordon Cowans, Chair of the Reparations Task Force, engaged Rev. Dr. Collin Cowan in a conversation about emancipation and his service the Council for World Mission (CWM) as General Secretary in Singapore for two terms.

As a church, exploring the Legacies of Slavery, we have committed ourselves to making these conversations continuous and not just ceremonial. As shared by Dr. Cowan in this episode, we all must commit ourselves to make reparations a part of the expression of our pain and brokenness in the crime. That may look different to different people in our personal, social and ecumenical spaces, but we hope that the work being done by the Reparations Task Force will assist us in finding our place in the conversation.
