Welcome to the UNDP Career Journey Podcast from The Talent Development Unit, part of the Office of Human Resources.

In conjunction with the launch of the new UNDP Career Framework, the purpose of the podcast is to share People of UNDP career journeys and to provide an overview of career experiences available to personnel within our organisation and how to navigate them.

Through the conversations with our guest speakers, we will illustrate the multiple career paths one can take at UNDP and across the UN System, the diversity of roles and functions and what it takes in terms of learning and self-development to achieve one’s own career goals.

As outlined in the UNDP’s People for 2030 Strategy, we encourage our people to be in the driver’s seat of their career and develop as human being as well as professionals. Stay tuned!
