We spoke today with Brian Larkin, CEO of United Oil & Gas PLC to ask some questions on today company update,  the proposed acquisition of Rockhopper Eqypt (“Acquisition”) (https://www.share-talk.co.uk/announcements/rns/rockhopper-exp-plc/disposal-of-abu-sennan-egypt/201907230700073413G)  

This constitutes a reverse takeover under AIM Rule 14. Accordingly, the Company’s Ordinary Shares will be suspended from trading on AIM with effect from 07:30 am today, pending publication of an AIM admission document and circular to shareholders to approve the Acquisition.
