In this short chat I speak with Mike Radlebeck and Dave Dunning about a variety of initiatives and programs that High School Coaches can use to partner with local clubs in their communities and ultimately help grow and improve their high school teams.

Had to have Dave back on the podcast after his brief appearance on episode 2 I felt there was some unfinished business! Dave gives us an in-depth look at the structure of grassroots football in Ireland, he explains how clubs work, cost structure and fees. We also delve into the structure of Soccer in the USA and Canada and I get Daves take on our structure and some of the major differences. Very interesting conversation with Cory Reinard a Grassroots coach and Behaviour Specialist/ Therapist. A lot of our discussion was focused around player behaviours at the younger ages and what we as coaches should expect. Cory shares his expertise and many strategies on how to deal and interact with young players in a wide variety of situations both good and bad. Some excellent insights on what you as a grassroots coach should expect, what you should know about younger ages in order to be more effective in coaching them.
