Why pick a person based on their gender, color, or orientation rather than skill.  We have been molded to think that picking the qualified person is bigotry.  

No matter where we go we cannot get away from political issues.  They have infiltrated our sports, music, and TV. That is where we go to get a break from the real world.  Why is the real world infiltrating our guilty pleasures?

Random Dysphoria moments can come out of nowhere and ruin your day. How are some ways to shift your mindset to combat this? How do you deal with the negative messages in your head regarding your gender? What really makes you a man or a woman. At what point are you considered transitioned? Is it all dependent on the physicality? The ways people in and out the community view it are different and what can we do to fix that?

People cannot take constructive criticism or even a joke these days. The things we need that we can use to fuel ourselves to become better people are no longer allowed.

What can we do to stop getting butt hurt and sensitive, grow a thick skin, and start using humor to break the ice with uncomfortable situations.
