Today I want you to embrace cultural differences and to celebrate with me the strength and beauty of my culture. I'm so excited to have Dr. Renee Hilliard, a friend but also a physician who's practiced ob-gyn for the past 20 years.
She helped people who've gone through traumatic experiences. Todays, podcast highlight:
1. What is Dr. Renee's perspective on what’s going on in the world today?
2. Did we've come any further in kind of that aesthetic industry and really looking at the skin of color as a whole?
3. What people are going through out there that we don't know? 4. How does someone know that they are traumatized in some way?
5. What are some of your own secrets when it comes to beauty and skincare
6. What is Dr. Renee superpower
What is Dr. Renee's perspective on what’s going on in the world today?
I had to make that difficult choice of deciding what I wanted to do with my own. I stop looking for external validation which was a process that was a journey.
Did we've come any further in kind of that aesthetic industry and really looking at the skin of color as a whole?

The root of the problem is really going to the root of the beliefs that you're holding that are causing.
How does someone know that they are traumatized in some way?
