When we think prayer, when we think gratitude, life becomes simpler. When we practice prayer as gratitude or gratitude as prayer, we discover deeper levels of a basic and simple principle reflecting our 3rd Principle: What we focus on is what we experience.

During our The Wisdom We Carry series, we’ve been diving into the impact and importance of our ancestors, which we typically think of as coming before us. In the final week of our series, Rev. Aliza connects us with their impact on our lives—how they have created (or helped to create) our current lives—and explores the question: what if we also have “future ancestors”, what might that look like or mean?
