God has granted every member of His Body a measure of His Spirit. However, this poses a challenge as the size of each individual measure restricts the ability of each member. But God has provided a solution to overcome this limitation: the fivefold ministry. In this arrangement, the weakness or smallness of one member is compensated by all the other members, filling the gaps and making up for what is lacking.
